Last year, when NCB was assigned the investigation of drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput case and the previous Director General Shri Rakesh Asthana formed SIT and made his disciple Kamal Preet Singh Malhotra in charge of SIT, investigation of drug angle in Mumbai and Samir Wankhede. Who was working in Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) Mumbai, got him to join the post of Zonal Director in NCB Mumbai on loan basis from out of way DRI by asking Home Minister Shri Amit Shah. Mr. Rakesh Asthana who is known to everyone that how honest officer is, he ordered Sameer Wankhede and KPS Malhotra to make a case against them by framing Bollywood actors in drug case by saam, daam, punishment and any other means and both Rakesh Asthana Worked for the fulfillment of his wishes and started implicating Bollywood actors in false cases. After registering the case, KPS Malhotra and Sameer Wankhede demanded crores of rupees from these artists and also gave share to Rakesh Asthana by collecting crores of rupees. These Bollywood actors (Deepika Padukone, Karishma Prakash, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Bharti Singh, Harsh Limbachiyaa, Riya Chakraborty, Sovik Chakraborty and Arjun Rampal) were collected by their lawyer Mr. Ayaz Khan. Ayaz Khan is friends with Sameer Wankhede and he can come to the NCB office without any restrictions and gives Sameer Wankhede as monthly extortion from Bollywood and in return when Sameer Wankhede catches any Bollywood artist, he gives them to Ayaz Khan. Asks his lawyer to do so. Sameer Wankhede is an Attention Sikar Officer and always wants his news in the media. For which he has implicated many innocent people in false NDPS cases. To make false cases, Sameer has formed his own team, in which Superintendent Mr. Vishwa Vijay Singh, IOS Ashish Ranjan, Kiran Babu, Vishwanath Tiwari and JIO Sudhakar Shinde, OTC Kadam, Sepoy Reddy, P.D. More and Vishnu Meena, UDC Suraj, driver Vijay, Anil Mane and Sameer's personal secretary Sharad Kumar. OTC Kadam, Sepoy Reddy, P.D. More and Vishnu Meena, driver Anil Mane, all these people do drug plants during searches at any residence and make false cases against people. If less drug is received from someone's house, then by not showing the quantity of the actual drug, the drug is made commercial or inter-mediate by increasing it so that the said person cannot get bail. IOS Ashish Ranjan, Kiran Babu, Vishwanath Tiwari and JIO Sudhakar Shinde make fake Panchnama and Panchnama is written in the NCB office and it is shown at their desired time. Sameer Wankhede gets his henchmen to buy drugs and is making false cases. 20. In case number 71/2021, 200 grams of charas was found in the house of Sameer Mukhtar Syed, but on the behest of Sameer Wankhede, a false case of 1200 grams of charas was made on him and put him in jail.
21. In case number 77/2021, a Nigerian citizen was caught from Mankhurd, from whom no drug was found, but Sameer Wankhede made a false case of 254 grams of heroin and 7.5 grams of cocaine from him and put him in jail.

In this case no drug was found from Arbaaz Merchant's friend Abdul but at the behest of Sameer, drug recovery has been shown on him too. 26. Sepoy Vishnu Meena and Reddy at the house of Armaan Kohli, who participated in Bigg Boss, made a fake case on him by placing 1 gram of cocaine and sent him to jail.
Ever since Sameer Wankhede took charge in NCB Mumbai, in all the cases NCB has done, about 25 blank papers are signed from the arrested men and the Panchnama is changed at their discretion. Ehemaliger Schwiegervater sagt sie kennen ihn nur als Muslim, bedeutet er hat gelogen um sich für einen Kurs anmelden zu können der nur für Hindus erreichbar ist. So hab ich es verstanden, dieser Kurs ist Muslims & Christen verwehrt....
